Job Pupose

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse/dark store, ensuring efficient inventory handling, accurate order fulfillment, and timely dispatch in line with Quick Commerce SLAs and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Ensure fast and accurate order fulfillment within defined SLA and turnaround times.
Maintain inventory accuracy, stock availability, and proper storage while minimizing losses and damages.
Monitor key KPIs including order accuracy, picking productivity, fulfillment time, stock accuracy, and on-time dispatch.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and Last-Mile teams to resolve operational issues.
Support and guide warehouse/store staff to achieve productivity and service targets.
Conduct regular stock and operational checks/audits and address discrepancies.
Escalate operational issues and support continuous improvement of warehouse and Quick Commerce processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2–4 years’ experience in Quick Commerce operations.
Knowledge of WMS/ERP, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
