Job Description We are actively seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate/Specialist of Workplace Experience to manage our Singapore office. You will take care of the smooth running and general happiness of our offices and colleagues, with a ‘can-do’ attitude, always thinking two steps ahead. Passion and enthusiasm will be key, driving forward new processes and procedures as we continue to scale. What you’ll be doing: Act as the office ambassador, ensuring a welcoming and well-functioning workplace for employees and visitors. Lead the onboarding and offboarding process together with the People Partner Specialist. Serve as the first point of contact for all Workplace Experience matters across APAC Manage all aspects of Workplace operations inclusive of space management, in-office experience, health and safety, visitors, security, maintenance, vendor management and local and global events. Plan and execute employee engagement events that foster community, culture, and well-being. Ensure key stakeholders are kept well informed of all Workplace operations Collaborate on a daily basis with our landlords to ensure and provide a gold working experience to all our employees Drive strategic change in region for the Workplace management area to ensure operational excellence Report on KPIs and SLAs Budget management for all sites Operate in line with all CKO Procurement policies Manage third party vendors, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are developed and regularly reviewed. Ensure we are legally compliant for all matters concerning health, safety and security in the region. Collaborate with the wider Workplace team on global initiatives and strategic projects. Administrator of the Workplace Service Desk, ensuring globally set SLAs are met by team. Support adhoc people team administrative tasks. The role is based in Singapore and requires a minimum of 3 days in-office presence.
