THE OPPORTUNITY – BILLING SPECIALIST

Our Administration Department is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Billing Specialist to join our team.
If you’re seeking stable employment, excel at working independently, and have a methodical approach with exceptional attention to detail, this role could be the perfect fit.

• Review transportation-related documents for accuracy and completeness
• Verify and adjust customer and carrier rates as needed
• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Issue credit and debit notes when required
• Upload client documents into our CRM system
• Contact carriers for missing paperwork
• Collaborate with Account Managers to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with vendor account reconciliations
• Maintain organized load files
