Responsibilities
  • Acting directly on the employee experience: Acts as a first line of support in the resolution of a wide varieties’ situations experienced during the employees’ and manager’s journey. Collaborate with the various stakeholders in the organization to support the promotion of HR programs to the employees.
  • Administer the disability files: In collaboration with keys stakeholders (employees, managers, HRBPs and disability vendor); ensures optimal management of disability files based on best practices and sets up winning conditions to promote a sustainable and harmonious return to work for the employee and his team.
  • Master our HR systems: Ensure the compliance of our employee files and organizational structure in Workday.
  • Project & Process Management: Participates in process improvement initiatives that support the business goals.
