Responsibilities
Acting directly on the employee experience: Acts as a first line of support in the resolution of a wide varieties’ situations experienced during the employees’ and manager’s journey. Collaborate with the various stakeholders in the organization to support the promotion of HR programs to the employees.
Administer the disability files: In collaboration with keys stakeholders (employees, managers, HRBPs and disability vendor); ensures optimal management of disability files based on best practices and sets up winning conditions to promote a sustainable and harmonious return to work for the employee and his team.
Master our HR systems: Ensure the compliance of our employee files and organizational structure in Workday.
Project & Process Management: Participates in process improvement initiatives that support the business goals.
