We’re looking for an AOG specialist to join our ranks!

Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

MHIRJ is seeking a AOG Specialist who is smart, curious and loves the challenge of solving problems that improve people’s lives. You’ll collaborate with a fun and close-knit agile team to coordinate logistics, service, communication and contribute to the entire process of an AOG event.

HERE ARE THE DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR AN AOG SPECIALIST:

  • Process spare part orders via the telephone, email, online portal and follow-up on customer deliveries.
  • Manage critical shortages of parts to support the return to service of an aircraft on ground, C-Check.
  • Manage client expectations during an aircraft on ground event and provide timely communication throughout.
  • Manage the internal and external procurement flow of materials to meet the appropriate level of service to our customers and the inventory level requirements within budget constraints.
  • In a changing environment geared towards increased customer’s satisfaction, the AOG specialist will also manage discrepancies and deviations related to planned in-flows by proposing solutions and raising supplier’s awareness of their commitment to meet customer and operator’s satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities also include placement of purchase orders and administering portfolio activities related to invoicing and PO pricing issues. In addition, the agent will need to be able to clearly analyze varied situations and make decisions in an efficient and timely manner.
