BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

• Former Call Center Sales Specialist or Financial Services Representative with experience in a bank or credit union environment.
• Proven top performer, team lead, or QA with a strong track record of exceeding sales and service goals.
• 3+ years of directly supporting credit union members or bank customers with financial products, services, and advice.
• First-hand insight into what people need, what holds them back, and what motivates financial decisions.
