WE’RE LOOKING FOR A GROWTH SPECIALIST TO JOIN THE GROWTH TEAM!

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and achieving results, and do you thrive in a collaborative environment? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute a holistic growth strategy that not only includes paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, SEO, CRO, email, telemarketing, brand and consideration campaigns, and ad hoc projects, but also goes above and beyond these channels—sky is the limit—to enhance growth performance and achieve lower-funnel results across all our brands, including our white-label brands.
You will oversee the optimization of all channel performance and return on investment, making data-driven decisions and conducting A/B tests as a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and implementing an innovation roadmap to ensure our strategies stay ahead of industry trends and drive continuous improvement. Exceptional collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with executives, marketing teams, and various stakeholders to align goals and share insights. You will also have the autonomy to develop and implement workflows and best practices to enhance the team’s efficiency.
