REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain analysis role
  • Strong technical aptitude in systems including advanced MS Excel and Power BI and ERP systems.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align on forecasting and inventory strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with US clients and international stakeholders.
  • Analytical, resourceful, and proactive, with strong judgment and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate collaborative planning processes for clients.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance forecast accuracy, establish action plans, and ensure follow-ups.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and tools related to Demand Planning processes.
  • Provide mentorship to the Demand Planning team on forecasting practices and processes.
  • Own the complete SKU forecast, including analyzing historical sales trends, seasonality, and demand drivers; executing statistical modeling; and evaluating results.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Supply Chain teams to understand demand drivers such as promotional plans, Nielsen data, marketing campaigns, and flyer activities.
  • Deliver a consolidated forecast with key highlights, risks, opportunities, and comparisons to the Financial Plan.
  • Communicate daily with factory planners to monitor finished goods inventory status.
  • Report supply status and address product and material availability issues proactively.
  • Manage inventory, including excess and obsolete items, safety stock parameters, and product life cycle management.
