RESPONSABILITIES
- Oversees the management of commercial programs, including calculating expected rebates, setting appropriate accruals, and reconciling payments received from suppliers. Ensures accurate processing, tracking, and transmission of rebates to retailers within the Sollio Agriculture network;
- Maintains strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers to support effective communication and timely resolution of outstanding issues;
- Works closely with team members to develop customer-facing documentation and maintain internal platforms such as intranet pages and program dashboards;
- Manages price list governance across both internal and external systems, while monitoring direct purchase orders, supplier invoices, and billing for direct deliveries and special cases;
- Handles the processing and monitoring of prepayments in coordination with retailers, suppliers, and finance teams;
- Supports strategic decision-making through ad hoc data analysis and completes required external reporting for the business sector;
- Actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives, including the implementation of new processes, development of procedures, and promotion of best business practices;
- Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to procurement activities, while adhering to established operational procedures.
EDUCATION
The incumbent must have a college diploma in data analytics, administration, accounting, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
The incumbent must have two to five years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar function.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for optimizing business processes;
- Ability to leverage data analytics to drive strategic decision-making;
- Experience in the crop protection sector is an asset;
- Proficiency in English : bilingualism is an asset;
- Basic understanding of procurement processes, practices, and terminology;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Power Query) and experience with procurement software (Microsoft NAV);
- Team spirit, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with others.
