WHAT OUR EXPECTATIONS ARE

P&WC Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) engineering is currently looking for candidates to help accelerate the growth of the aftermarket. The volume of worldwide engine work content is increasing, and the established fleet is requesting advanced engineering skills and knowledge to evaluate appropriate technical solutions for our customers.
This experience will offer you the opportunity to assess in real time the damage on parts and enhance your technical knowledge to find technical solutions which will allow parts to be reintroduced back into P&WC engines with appropriate level of repair and substantiation in accordance with the engine certification. This experience will offer challenges on multiple engine programs, while evaluating engine at different stages of their life and working as a team with multiple engineering organizations.

TOOLS YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Must haves
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work/education experience
  • Looking for 3-5 years progressive experience in Aerospace, Aftermarket, Operations, or similar functional expertise
  • Proficiency in professional French and English
  • Assets
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and drive customer satisfaction at all levels (internal and/or external)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product performance and delivery, to meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations while delivering quality output.
  • Ability to translate technical data into action plans and strategy
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI / ENOVIA / SAP
  • Knowledge of P&WC engines

  • Strategic contact point for different queries (potential escape, CRI manual clarifications) for:
  • All MRO shops (P&WC & Service Network)
  • Program & Engineering
  • Quality (SMS)
  • Coordinate the creation and revision of technical publications used by Overhaul shops to clean, inspect and repair P&WC engine components.
  • Coordinate budget and capacity to meet Entry into Service, present at Gate reviews.
  • Lead Entry into Service activities for the team (gate reviews, IPT member, budget (elaboration/review).
  • Provide technical training to new employees.
  • Manage and coordinate relationship, budget & service performance level of sub-contractor service providers.
  • Power user for PLM.
  • Liaison on all Intellectual Property for Poland needs.
