• Participate in the migration of AKS environments to Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO).
• Design, automate and optimize the deployment and operation processes of containerized platforms.
• Implement and maintain DevOps, GitOps and DevSecOps practices.
• Supporting development teams in the implementation and operation of their solutions.
• Contribute to the reduction of technical debt, vulnerabilities and operational risks.
• Ensuring the continuous evolution of cloud platforms and operating practices.
• Participate in improving the security posture and the compliance of environments.
• Collaborating with development, infrastructure and security teams in an Agile context.

Required skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps engineering, SRE or cloud platform.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes in Azure production environments.
• Experience with OpenShift, ideally Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO).
• Excellent command of Docker containers and containerization technologies.
• Experience in microservices development with Java, Spring Boot, JPA and Angular.
• Experience with persistence mechanisms such as JPA or other ORMs.
• Good understanding of Helm Charts.
• Experience with Git, GitOps (ArgoCD or Flux), VS Code, IntelliJ and Bash.
• Experience in automation of deployments and configurations.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Design, development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Automated deployment of containerized applications.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
• Java application vulnerability and dependency management.
• Cloud-based secrets management and security controls.
• Understanding of compliance, governance and security requirements.
