CM Labs Simulations est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) spécialiste du contenu hautement motivé(e) pour se joindre à son équipe marketing.
En tant que spécialiste du contenu, votre rôle sera d’orienter et de développer le processus de création de contenu pour notre marque. Vous devrez rechercher et définir les publics cibles souhaités, gérer le processus de création et de publication du contenu, et surveiller les indicateurs de performance des contenus.
Notre candidat(e) idéal(e) est un(e) professionnel(le) expérimenté(e) avec des compétences rédactionnelles démontrables. Vous faites preuve d’un grand souci du détail, êtes très créatif(ve) et un(e) conteur(se) captivant(e). Vous avez une passion et une curiosité pour le marketing technologique et êtes prêt(e) à plonger dans toutes les étapes du processus pour obtenir des résultats.
En fin de compte, le rôle de spécialiste du contenu nécessite une combinaison de compétences créatives, techniques et analytiques afin de créer et de gérer des contenus percutants qui résonnent auprès de nos publics cibles et contribuent à atteindre les objectifs organisationnels de CM Labs.

CONTENT SPECIALIST

Join an exceptional team that offers immersive virtual environments and simulation solutions for the construction, utilities, and port industries, as well as global training organizations. CM Labs Simulations is currently seeking a highly motivated Content Specialist to join its marketing team.
As the Content Specialist, your role will be to guide and develop the content creation process for our brand. You will be required to research and define desired target audiences, manage the content creation and publishing process, and monitor content metrics.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable writing skills. You show a keen eye for detail, are highly creative, and a compelling storyteller. You have a passion and curiosity for technology marketing and are willing to dive into any part of the process to achieve results.
Ultimately, the role of the Content Specialist requires a combination of creative, technical, and analytical skills to create and manage compelling content that resonates with our target audiences and helps achieve CM Labs’ organizational objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years of experience in writing or content marketing in technology
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English
  • Writing and communication in French is an asset
  • Ability to participate and take the lead in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to simplify technical messaging
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and ability to create engaging content
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Passionate about leading-edge technologies
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • A background that includes a sound understanding of, and/or an interest in training,visualization, and simulation is an asset
  • BA/BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing, or relevant field
    Due to the nature of our clientele and operations, this role requires perfect English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities
  • Report to the Director of Communications and Content
  • Contribute to the editorial content calendar development and write content as required
  • Plan, create, and oversee the content production and distribution of all sales and marketingmaterials for product launches and lead generation, such as blog posts, articles for trade publications, brochures, datasheets, press releases, web pages, case studies, white papers, eBooks, and other web content
  • Manage and update the company style guide
  • Edit, proofread, and improve landing pages, demo scripts, social media messages, and other content generated by internal stakeholders and externalcontributors
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on positioning and messaging
  • Update and improve existing content to make it on-brand, SEO-friendly, and up-to-date
  • Work with our content management systems (Asana, HubSpot, WordPress) to publish,edit, and update content
  • Collaborate with design team on effective creative
  • Develop storyboards for customer case studies, corporate, and product videos, working withinternal and external collaborators for production
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience attention
  • Work with external press agency
  • Research markets and industries to compare strategies
  • Occasional travel to trade shows may be required
