PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST (REMOTE MONTREAL OR QUEBEC)

We’re currently seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us accelerate growth through smart, measurable, and data-driven digital campaigns.

DO I HAVE THE DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE?

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Display Network
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and content publishing
  • Familiar with SEO principles and experienced in working with SEO consultants or agencies
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required, with functional English skills depending (given the nature of our activities and clientele)
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills
  • Collaborative and proactive you’re curious, adaptable, and always ready to learn
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL MY ROLE BE?

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in executing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. You’ll manage paid media, support email and content initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive results.

YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

Working closely with the Marketing Director and the rest of the team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GDN) to drive lead generation and brand visibility
  • Collaborate on ad copy, creative development, keyword strategies, and audience targeting
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and key KPIs
  • Build and deploy email campaigns and automated workflows via HubSpot
  • Publish and optimize content, including blogs and landing pages, for SEO and conversion
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and manage contact segmentation in HubSpot
  • Work with external partners (e.g., SEO agencies) to align efforts and track results
  • Coordinate marketing projects across digital, product, sales, and event teams
  • Contribute to experimentation and growth initiatives, offering new ideas and insights
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the marketing strategy and department goals
