Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) candidat(e) possédant une solide expérience dans la création de modèles 3D ainsi que de rendus ou de vidéos explicatives pour appuyer des projets de construction et de réhabilitation. Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) aura une bonne compréhension de la narration visuelle, des flux de travail techniques et des processus de construction.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Formation et experience :
• Baccalauréat en animation 3D, infographie, ingénierie ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).
• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en animation et simulation 3D, idéalement dans un environnement technique ou d’ingénierie.
• Compétences techniques :
• Maîtrise de logiciels d’animation 3D tels que Unreal, Unity, Lumion ou 3ds Max.
• Expérience avec des outils de simulation comme Navisworks ou Synchro 4D.
• Bonne compréhension des matériaux, de l’éclairage, des textures et des techniques de rendu.
• Connaissance des logiciels de CAO (ex. : SolidWorks, Revit) pour l’importation et le raffinement de modèles techniques.
• Familiarité avec des langages de script comme Python ou MEL pour l’automatisation et la personnalisation (un plus).

LOCATION – MONTRÉAL, QC

We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in creating 3D models as well as instructional renderings or videos to support construction and rehabilitation projects. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of visual storytelling, technical workflows, and construction processes. Knowledge of 4D simulation is a strong asset. We are also looking for someone who is open to learning new tools and methods to help grow our team and expand the range of services we offer to our clients.

• Develop, design, and execute 3D animations and simulations to visualize engineering concepts, prototypes, and processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and translate technical information into compelling visual outputs.
• Use advanced 3D software tools to create realistic models, animations, and simulations tailored to project needs.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in representing technical details, materials, and physics-based behaviors.
• Optimize 3D assets and simulations for performance across various platforms, including presentations, VR, and AR.
• Stay up to date with advancements in 3D animation software, simulation tools, and industry trends.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, renderings, and marketing materials as needed.
