REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as an auto mechanic, service advisor, body technician, service manager, warranty administrator, or auto claims adjuster
• Education in insurance or automotive fields is an asset
• Availability to work Monday to Friday until 7:30 pm
• Good computer skills and aptitude for learning new technology
• Highly customer service-oriented, organized, attentive to detail, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Exceed customer expectations
• Handle automotive warranty claims and loss adjusting
• Facilitate program administration tasks
• Provide exceptional support to dealers, insurance companies, repair facilities, and clients
• Analyze and adjust claims accurately
• Coordinate claims processes to meet service levels and commitments
• Liaise with various stakeholders promptly and courteously
• Support the claims adjustment process with related tasks
