ABOUT US:

Sushi Sama is a fast-growing Japanese restaurant brand with multiple branches across Montréal and Quebec. To support our expansion and enhance our digital infrastructure, we are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our head office team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with network management, POS systems, and e-commerce platforms (an asset).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills in English or French.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in technical support for various operating systems including macOS, Windows, and Linux.
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and practices.
  • Experience with help desk software such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy.
  • Familiarity with VPN technologies and firewall configurations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills related to software applications and computer hardware.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
