QUALIFICATIONS:
- Formation : Minimum de BS en ingénierie/science (mécanique/industrie/aérospatiale de préférence), ou diplôme technique de 3 ans.
- Expérience : Minimum de 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans la fabrication, l’ingénierie de fabrication ou l’ingénierie industrielle.
- Compétences informatiques : Maîtrise du système d’exploitation Windows®, de Microsoft Office, de CATIA V5, d’AutoCAD, de SketchUp. Excel VBA (Virtual Basic for Applications) est un atout.
- Autres compétences : La personne doit posséder une connaissance des méthodologies Lean, des processus de fabrication, des spécifications industrielles et des dessins techniques. Il doit être attentif aux détails, savoir résoudre les problèmes et analyser les causes profondes. La personne doit également être capable d’utiliser des outils manuels et de fournir un soutien à la fabrication selon les besoins. Manufacturing 4.0, PowerBI, Robotique, expérience en thermoformage de panneaux composites sont des atouts

JOB SUMMARY:
The Manufacturing Specialist plays a crucial part in supporting our Engineering and Production Department to ensure efficient manufacturing production of aircraft interior products. Your responsibilities will include resolving manufacturing issues, implementing timesaving measures, and developing cutting-edge processes to enhance productivity and quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Minimum of BS Engineering/ Science (Mechanical/ Industrial/ Aerospace Preferred), or 3 year Technical Diploma.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering.
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Windows Operating System®, Microsoft Office, CATIA V5, AutoCAD, SketchUp. Excel VBA (Virtual Basic for Applications) is an asset.
- Other Skills: Individual must possess knowledge of Lean Methodologies, Manufacturing Processes, Industry Specifications, and Engineering Drawings. Individual must have Attention to Detail, Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis skills. The individual must also possess the ability to use hand tools and provide manufacturing support as required. Manufacturing 4.0, PowerBI, Robotics, Thermoforming experience with Composite Panels are assets.
