Le ou la Spécialiste marketing et contenu sera responsable de la planification, la création, l’organisation et la diffusion de contenu engageant sur l’ensemble des plateformes de l’entreprise. Ce rôle clé vise à assurer l’alignement de la stratégie de contenu avec les objectifs marketing et commerciaux tout en respectant l’identité de marque.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diplôme universitaire en communication, marketing, journalisme ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience pertinente équivalente.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en création ou coordination de contenu, idéalement en commerce de détail ou dans le domaine de la décoration.
  • Connaissances en SEO et en rédaction persuasive.
  • Intérêt marqué pour la mode, les tendances de consommation et l’expérience client (atout).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation or coordination, ideally in a retail or home decor environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO and persuasive writing techniques.
  • Strong interest in fashion, consumer trends, or customer experience (asset).

SKILLS

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required, as content is created and distributed in both languages, and excellent written proficiency in both French and English (spelling, grammar, and style) is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Autonomy, creativity, and strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of AI tools to support content creation.
Responsibilities

Content Planning and Coordination

  • Plan and manage the monthly content calendar in collaboration with the marketing, e-commerce, and product teams.
  • Manage the editorial calendar according to campaigns, annual key periods, and the academic calendar.
  • Write creative briefs for designers and external freelancers.
  • Draft weekly communications for stores.
  • Update internal informational documents for the marketing team.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions.

Content Creation

  • Write, adapt, and optimize content for the web, newsletters, social media, product sheets, and advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and editorial quality across all deliverables.
  • Support social media content creation.

Visual Production and Collaboration

  • Work closely with graphic designers to produce appealing visual content.
  • Coordinate the development of digital campaigns and printed materials with creative teams.
  • Collaborate actively with internal stakeholders (marketing, e-commerce, product, operations) to coordinate deliverables, validate messaging, and align communication plans.

Performance Monitoring and SEO

  • Monitor key performance indicators (engagement, reach, conversions), produce regular reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Contribute to SEO strategy: keyword selection, metadata, internal linking, etc.
  • Monitor competitive activity and content trends relevant to the Quebec retail industry.

Events, Support, and Miscellaneous Projects

  • Assist in organizing and executing events and external partnerships.
  • Support the marketing team with various projects as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
