  • 2-3 years’ experience in product and/or brand management, preferably in the food and/or consumer product industries
  • Experience with product and packaging development
  • Experience with marketing project management and coordination within a company
  • Experience in working as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Brand team in delivering short- and long-term growth strategies, including supporting the execution of key elements within the annual marketing plans.
  • Lead and manage key brand-led innovation projects including, but not limited to packaging, digital, and PR, as well as innovation development and project management for new products for the portfolio.
  • Gather and analyze brand and category-specific data to understand Canadian consumer trends and develop business-building recommendations.
  • Oversee portfolio product database updates, team creative assets updates on all platforms.
  • Lead social media calendar, creative and performance with our agency.
  • Coordinate internal products launch events or customer events.
  • Support brand website content development and update with the ecom team.
  • Cultivate effective working relationships with the internal cross-functional teams to support and execute innovation and brand programming, including: Omnichannel marketing, Insights, Innovation, Revenue Growth Management, R&D, Regulatory and Finance.
  • Actively co-manage the brand marketing budget for this highly visible portfolio with P&L accountability.
