Contract, full-time, 12 months
Montreal, Hybrid,3 days/week
As part of the Keurig Dr. Pepper family, this role will support Van Houtte Coffee Services, a coffee equipment and product supplier with technical equipment maintenance services and supporting warehouse and distribution centers.

We are looking for an outgoing and energized Health & Safety Specialist to cover a 12 Month Mat-Leave Contract. This role will report directly to the National H&S Manager of Van Houtte Coffee Services and will be located within our Montreal head office.

Responsibilities
  • Support the continuous improvement of the National H&S Management System.
  • Lead managers through the implementation of National Standards.
  • Inspect branches, build and support continuous improvement action plans.
  • Support H&S Committees through regular coaching.
  • Develop Safe Work Procedures for front-line employees.
  • Provide or coordinate employee safety training and certification.
  • Support incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform various levels of data analysis.
  • Develop various presentations to support meeting communications or projects.
  • Maintain Contract Management platforms (I.e. Complyworks, Avetta, ISNetwork)
  • Maintain regular stakeholder meetings and associated administration.
  • Support manager and front-line employee questions and concerns.
  • Other tasks as determined between H&S Specialist and National H&S Manager
