COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS:

• Expérience des systèmes de PDV (l’expérience de Veloce/Maitre’D est un atout).
• Fortes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps, avec la capacité de gérer des

priorités multiples.

• Capacité à travailler à la fois de manière indépendante et en collaboration dans un

environnement en constante évolution.

• Compétences exceptionnelles en communication, y compris en matière de résolution des

conflits et d’engagement des parties concernées.

• Capacité à analyser des informations complexes et à élaborer des solutions exploitables.
• Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel) et d’autres outils logiciels pertinents.
• Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale (la maîtrise du français est un atout).

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Specialist, Store Systems – Menu Management to support and enhance our restaurant technology infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for centralized and local POS menu programming, testing, troubleshooting, and system integrations across
multiple restaurant brands. You’ll play a key part in optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring accurate sales data, and enabling seamless communication between brands, vendors, and restaurants.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on experience with POS systems (experience with Veloce/Maitre’D is an asset).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, including conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to analyze complex information and develop actionable solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French proficiency is an asset).

• Menu Configuration & Management:
• Program and update centralized menus for multiple restaurant banners.
• Implement and test promotional menu updates and standard configurations to ensure

functionality and operational readiness.

• Manage local menu programming requests and modifications as needed.
• POS & System Support:
• Provide frontline support for menu configuration inquiries via phone and email.
• Develop and distribute user-friendly procedures for restaurant to navigate and use the
