Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining PayFacto’s clients and products. As a Technical Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding customer service and expert technical assistance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Handling incoming calls and making follow-up outbound calls when necessary.
  • Managing your own tickets and personal queue.
  • Completing assigned training.
  • Participating in daily team meetings.
  • Performing technical troubleshooting steps to resolve issues.
  • Leveraging the knowledge base and other tools to assist merchants.
