LEAD, DATA ANALYST:

On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Lead, Data Analyst for a 7 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, ON office.

LEAD, DATA ANALYST - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Lead, Data Analyst will be responsible for the review, evaluation, and readiness of data contributed to the Agency’s Immunization Repository (IR), a project aligned with Ontario’s immunization future state. This role involves strategic guidance and technical expertise to enhance IT systems related to the Immunization Repository Optimization Program.

LEAD, DATA ANALYST - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• 5 – 7 years of experience in data analysis, data management, and business intelligence
• 5 - 7 years of working knowledge of healthcare systems and integration standards such as HL7/FHIR
• 3 – 5 years of clinical data expertise in project-based and operational responsibilities
• 3-5 years of experience with health system technologies including Integration Engines
• Knowledge of Health Standard message conformance tooling

LEAD, DATA ANALYST – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Knowledge or experience with immunization workflows
• Experience with associated business processes within pharmacies, hospitals, or health records

• Work in partnership with clients to improve IT systems efficiency
• Provide strategic guidance on Information Management & IT technology
• Offer subject matter expertise and technical assistance
• Serve as a technical advisor on deliverables
• Ensure quality assurance and control of deliverables
• Develop processes and procedures for deliverables
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Define project scope and requirements with clients
• Design, test, install, and monitor new systems
