Job Description Your Mission As a Specialized Sales Professional Services, you play a key role in connecting our consultants with meaningful customer opportunities. You build strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement, and other stakeholders, and you proactively engage with customers to understand their evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities Grow and Manage Your Portfolio Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, hiring managers, and procurement teams Anticipate staffing needs by actively engaging with your network Promote our consultants as trusted experts who add immediate value Match Talent to Opportunities Identify and create opportunities within your client portfolio Match available consultants to client needs quickly and effectively Present candidates in a compelling, value-driven way Encourage customers to think in terms of long-term value rather than short-term resourcing Manage the End-to-End Staffing Process Take ownership of the full staffing lifecycle Negotiate terms and ensure timely decision-making Follow up during onboarding and ensure a smooth start Support long-term customer satisfaction Collaborate Internally Work closely with recruiters, staffing managers and competence leaders Collaborate across teams to create new opportunities and solutions Share insights to continuously improve our approach Qualifications Who You Are We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who bring different perspectives and experiences.
