Applicants who require an accommodation throughout the application and interview process should request this in advance by contacting Cielo Talent Acquisition at [email protected]Job DescriptionThe Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, facilitating a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with recruitment and interview processComplete phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirementsDevelop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluatedUpdate candidate statues in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System (ATS), proprietary systems, etc.) Timely review of applicants who have applied via the ATSSchedule complex phone, video and in-person interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers Execute the offer process, including creating & routing offer letter and presenting offer to candidate Coordinate candidate background, medical and reference checking processesArrange travel, transportation and accommodation for candidatesCoordinate aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding processesEdit and post positions to the ATS accurately and within the specified timeframesAdministratively manage posting of roles to candidate generation channelsEnsure recruitment team are appropriately updated on progress, escalate concerns or obstaclesProvide metric and pipeline reportingProvide other administrative support to recruitment team as neededQualificationsPosition RequirementsEducation:High school diploma or equivalent requiredCompleted Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification preferredExperience:Experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator and HR experience for a minimum of 6 months preferredExperience in a business or office environmentCustomer service or administration preferredExposure:Strong recruitment administration skill-set / competencies.Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition strongly preferred.Fluent in English and German Strong communication skills, verbal and writtenDemonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.Ability to prioritize and organize own workDesire to provide a high level of customer service to colleagues and clientsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
