Enereco S.p.A. is looking for a specialized Technician in permit acquisition to join our team. The selected person will be responsible for managing the technical and administrative procedures necessary to obtain permits and concessions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Surveyor diploma.
  • Knowledge of environmental and urban planning authorization procedures.
  • Familiarity with environmental and energy regulations.
  • Good proficiency with the Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the national territory.

Responsibilities
  • Manage activities related to the establishment of easements and compliance with gas pipeline regulations, aimed at drafting notarial deeds.
  • Assess and negotiate the modalities and timelines for project execution, servitude costs and agricultural measures for crop protection.
  • Draft amicable agreements with interested property owners.
  • Acquire permits for temporary occupation and/or voluntary land transfer.
  • Prepare enforcement measures if necessary.
  • Manage the compensation for damages resulting from the construction or decommissioning of works, through market research and site inspections to define preliminary estimates.
  • Follow up on the processes to obtain permits and concessions from public and private entities for pipeline installations.
  • Perform cadastral checks, research property owners’ addresses, and manage contacts and negotiations.
