Description

This role is only open to applicants that currently work within an NHS Trust within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (HIOW ICS).
Providing a competent administrative service and will be required to have a robust knowledge of the outsourcing process. The post holder will need to ensure the efficient delivery of the administration tasks.
The post holder will also be required to support the specialty Coordinator and wider clerical team within the service and deputise for the Speciality Coordinator as and when required.
By joining our team you will contribute to the provision of an effective secretarial service, your main role being to provide comprehensive organisational and secretarial support to the consultants and team as well as communicating with external healthcare services. This will include typing of clinical and general correspondence and dealing with telephone enquiries.
