REQUIREMENTS

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• 1–2 years of experience in a specialty café environment
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• Strong espresso skills and basic latte art proficiency
• Passion for customer service and coffee culture
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented

• Prepare high-quality espresso and coffee beverages to specialty standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health and safety guidelines
• Deliver warm, attentive customer service
• Support opening/closing duties as needed
• Stay up to date with our rotating beans, blends, and seasonal offerings
• Operate the Clover POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
