We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced Specialties Drywall Installer to oversee the installation of a wide range of acoustic and architectural products, supervise teams, and troubleshoot on-site issues.

Key Responsibilities:

The Specialties Drywall Installer will be responsible for:

• Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of specialties installers on construction sites
• Reviewing project plans and blueprints to determine the scope of work and required materials
• Implementing safety procedures and protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment and ensure compliance
• Inspecting work sites and enforcing quality control standards to meet company and client expectations
• Communicating with project managers to provide regular updates and contribute to work progress reports
• Collaborating with project managers to resolve issues and deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
• Ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies and specialty materials
• Training and mentoring new installers in installation techniques and safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in specialties drywall installation, including but not limited to:
• Stretch wall systems
• Wall and surface-mounted aluminum office systems (including various door designs)
• Acoustic ceiling systems (surface-mounted and free-hanging)
• Drop-down baffle ceiling systems
• Acoustic wall systems (including access panels and openings)
• Aesthetic ceiling and wall systems finished to precise margins over large surface areas
• 5+ years experience on residential job sites
• 5+ years experience on commercial job sites
• Strong understanding of construction and safety codes
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven record of meeting deadlines and targets
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Must own a full set of tools relevant to specialty drywall installation (tools are not provided)

• Wage: $52.81 (Journeyman rate)
