Job Description 全面负责动物营养生产全流程质量管控，搭建并落地合规质量体系，保障产品符合国家饲料行业法律法规及执行标准，支撑新产品合规上市与生产运营稳定。法规与注册管理：持续收集、解读国内外饲料、饲料添加剂行业相关法律法规、国家标准及地方政策，建立法规动态更新机制；主导新产品注册、备案及变更手续，确保申报材料合规准确，推动产品顺利获批；负责新生产许可证的申请及办理；负责饲料相关产品标签的合规性评估。质量体系搭建：牵头搭建、优化工厂质量管理制度及体系文件（涵盖ISO、饲料生产质量管理规范等），组织内部审核、管理评审及合规性自查，推动体系有效运行并通过外部认证/审核。原料风险管控：开展原料供应商准入及监督审核，制定原料入厂检验计划及危害性评估，建立关键原料质量追溯体系，规避质量安全风险。过程与成品管控：主导生产过程风险分析，制定生产过程质量控制点及监控标准，监督生产环节按流程执行；主导成品检验、留样及不合格品处理，确保出厂产品质量达标。主导处理内外部质量投诉，组织root cause分析并推动纠正/预防措施落地和跟进。主导饲料OEM厂全生命周期质量管理：包括准入时资质，产能，质量体系评估，合作过程中的质量监控（原料检验，生产巡检，成品抽检），质量问题整改跟进及绩效评估。定期开展质量数据统计分析(如质量缺陷，不合格品等)，输出质量报告并驱动跨部门改进。协助开展质量培训，提升全员质量意识；处理质量投诉及客户反馈，推动质量问题整改；对接监管部门，配合各类监督检查工作。 Qualifications 技能知识全面了解饲料生产流程、质量体系及法规要求（如FDA、FSMA、GMP、HACCP）；质量保证或相关领域（如ISO9001、FSSC 22000, FAMI-QS, HACCP）的认证将优先考虑；熟练掌握MS Office办公软件及QA管理软件。工作经历: 至少5年饲料、食品或相关行业的质量保证经验，其中至少2年以上管理岗位经验。教育背景: 动物科学、食品科学、微生物学、化学或相关领域的学士学位（硕士优先）。语言能力: 熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力。 Additional Information 其他相关技能: 卓越的领导力、沟通能力及人际交往能力；出色的分析解决问题能力及组织能力，能承受一定的工作压力。 What We Offer - A dynamic and stimulating international environment, which embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. - Learning & development opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Insurance systems & schemes.
