Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Lincoln Electric is a $4.2B publicly traded company (NASDAQ:LECO) with over 12,000 employees around the world, with operations in 71 manufacturing and automation system integration locations across 21 countries and maintains a worldwide network of distributors and sales offices serving customers in over 160 countries.   Location: Berkheim  Employment Status: Salary Full-Time  Function: Sales  Req ID: 26129    ​ ​ Job Responsibilities Maintaining existing and developing new business for specialty gases equipment Researching the specialty gases market on a daily basis Providing product knowledge and technical support to existing distributors and end users Developing training plans for distributors and end users Developing yearly business plans for distributors and end users, and submitting revised results quarterly Building and developing successful long-term relationships with internal departments (Finance, Operations) and external customers (Distributors/Final Customers) Building the company brand identity Researching and analyzing market trends, product and distribution channel information Maintaining and meeting the approved sales budgetJob Requirements Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or Industrial Engineering with a strong background in specialty gases area Experience in sales or product management environment for at least 3 years Knowledge of the specialty gases market (preferable work experience in the specialty gases market) Sufficient level of technical knowledge Fluency in English and Germany Ability to travel Interpersonal ability to represent the company in contacts with customers and building relationships with them Competitive drive as well as creative thinking to overcome customer potential rejection  Lincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
