You’ll create customer solutions that deliver added value, strengthen long-term partnerships, and drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities
  • Implement specialty-specific strategies by collaborating with global, regional teams, and key opinion leaders.
  • Develop marketing strategies to grow unit sales, profitability, and market share; optimize new product launches.
  • Work closely with your fellow marketing colleagues to drive specialty and product strategies.
  • Manage sales forecasts, track market trends, and ensure inventory is aligned.
  • Deliver product and procedure training via face-to-face and digital channels to promote learning.
  • Support sales teams with relevant marketing and technical product support processes.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical, corporate, and regulatory standards.
  • Promote health, safety, and environmental policies, coaching teams to maintain standards.
