About the Role: Pharmacy Liaison As a Pharmacy Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for specialty pharmacy patients, providing end-to-end support throughout their treatment journey. What You’ll Do Manage patient relationships as the single point of contact for specialty pharmacy services Support patients with refills, medication adherence, and ongoing therapy management Coordinate drug delivery logistics to ensure timely access to medications Identify and resolve insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges Monitor adherence and proactively intervene to improve patient outcomes Collaborate across the care continuum with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff Ensure patient concerns are resolved quickly through cross-functional coordination Why Join Shields? An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between 50k and 65k plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable.
