POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for setting up the machine to perform many different sewing operations that join or reinforce materials. Understand the different types of stitching needed for various fabrics and related parts. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS * Experience is preferred; training is available. * Must be able to work in a team setting, be detail oriented and have a strong work ethic. * Ability to follow detailed instructions/detailed oriented * Ability to follow and understand schedules and process * Ability to multi-task * Ability to sit for 8+ hours a day * Ability to work independently without close supervision * Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required * Operate the following sewing machines or willing to learn single needed, multi-needle, serge, box tacker, various automated machines.
