Job Details Job Location: Lake Lawn Resort - Delavan, WI 53115 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: None Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Any Job Category: Hospitality - Hotel Lake Lawn Resort is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Specialty Technician for HVAC to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance, comfort, and safety throughout the resort. The technician will also provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience for both guests and staff. Job Duties: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on all HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and related components as required for resort properties. Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation and identify issues before they lead to larger problems. Respond to emergency HVAC service requests from guests or staff, ensuring timely and professional resolution. Maintain accurate records of HVAC system maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Monitor HVAC performance to optimize energy efficiency and minimize operating costs. Work closely with other maintenance team members to ensure smooth operation of resort facilities. Ensure that all HVAC work complies with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry standards. Provide courteous, professional service to resort guests as needed. Valid Driver’s license Three (3) years of HVAC experience and an HVAC Refrigerant certification Strong knowledge of HVAC system, electrical circuits, refrigeration cycles, and related technologies. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, hands to feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk and talk or hear. Often will need to climb, kneel and/or crawl and balance. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The position is indoors and outdoors; and is exposed to hot, humid, and/or cold conditions at times. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. This staff member will work in a high traffic/high volume business environment and will be required to spend most of their time standing/walking.
