Envirosystems is seeking a Specification Manager to secure product specifications and drive business growth across NSW. Reporting directly to the leadership team, this role involves managing the end-to-end specification process - from identifying opportunities and building relationships, to providing technical solutions and ensuring successful project delivery. You’ll be a key link between clients, applicators, and internal teams, ensuring our products are the first choice for major commercial and infrastructure projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in a specification, technical sales, or business development role within the construction, waterproofing, adhesives, or protective coatings sector.
• Strong network of contacts within the Sydney construction and specification market (architects, engineers, builders, applicators).
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and convert specification opportunities into sales.
• Sound technical knowledge of waterproofing, protective coatings, adhesives, or related building products.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Highly organised with strong project management capability.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally as required.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, designers, builders, applicators, and other key decision-makers to secure specification of Envirosystems products.
• Identify and pursue project opportunities through industry networks, EstimateOne, BCI, and other platforms.
• Provide detailed technical advice and product solutions in line with Australian building codes and standards.
• Deliver product presentations and training sessions for architects, specifiers, and applicators.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure product suitability and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage the specification-to-installation process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to client expectations.
