In this pivotal role, you will lead the execution of our specification program across the Americas, collaborating with internal teams and strategic partners to generate architectural specifications and drive measurable sales growth. You’ll work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and industry influencers to position our partner's products at the forefront of major projects. \n Accountabilities Develop and manage the product specification process to achieve long-term growth targets. Build and maintain a collaborative CRM pipeline for specification-to-sales tracking. Generate specifications with architects, engineers, and contractors for large-scale projects. Deliver training and continuing education programs (AIA, AEC Daily) for specifiers and internal teams. Collaborate with marketing to create targeted communications and manage product listings. Track competitor strategies and identify new product growth opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience. Minimum 6 years in technical product or architectural building product sales. Proficiency in architectural software (SolidWorks, CAD, Revit). Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret architectural drawings. Excellent communication and presentation skills. CSI experience/certification preferred.
