We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Specification Sales Representative to drive business growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, exceptional communication, and executing successful business development initiatives

Responsibilities
  • Effectively increase sales volumes of Automatic Doors & Access Control solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Architects to secure product specifications for our extensive range of Door, Ironmongery, and Door Automation & Access Control systems.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to generate new leads, drive sales, and increase revenue.
  • Expand existing account business and initiate new business to build strong commercial relationships that exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and assess potential business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Collaborate with the external sales team to develop sales and leads in the designated area.
  • Enhance the Company profile while maintaining its reputation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Achieve sales and new business targets.
  • Manage the sales process efficiently and effectively using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company’s Health & Safety Policy, procedures, and training.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably required by your manager.
