Performs a variety of general and routine duties involved in the pre- and post-analytic portions of lab test processing. The drawing, collection, and processing of blood and other specimens from positively identified patients and their corresponding required information. Records, processes or otherwise enters and manages necessary patient and specimen related information following established methods and procedures. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Other Classes in general sciences Preferred Experience 1 year experience performing phlebotomy and specimen processing Required Licenses
