Specimen Technician - Hospital - Hampton, VA, On-Call Pay range: $17.20+ per hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. On-call employees are eligible for: • 401(k) pre-tax and/or Roth IRA with company match up to 5% after 12 months of service The Hospital Specimen Associate is responsible for the preparation of patient’s specimens in a hospital location where multiple Hospital Specimen Associates work together with minimal direction. The Hospital Specimen Associate must be able to perform and follow all pre-analytical processing procedures with accuracy and in a timely manner.
