Description
Updated: 12 March 2026 Freelance | 8–20 hrs/week | Remote (EU/UK) Are you a pension consultant looking to apply your expertise in an innovative way? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your current role or consulting commitments? We are seeking experienced pension professionals based in the EU or UK to help advance the capabilities of leading AI systems. What you’ll be doing At 10x.team, we connect top fractional and freelance professionals with prominent AI labs, driving improvements in large-scale AI models. In this high-impact, practical role, you will: Review and refine AI-generated responses related to pension schemes, retirement planning, and regulatory frameworks Evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, actuarial soundness, and regulatory compliance Draft realistic pension scenarios, including defined benefit and defined contribution scheme design, funding deficits, cross-border pension transfers, actuarial assumptions, and trustee governance issues Create variations of scenarios from diverse perspectives such as pension trustee, employer sponsor, actuary, regulator, or beneficiary Identify weaknesses in funding logic, longevity assumptions, regulatory interpretations, or risk management approaches Put simply, you’ll assess and strengthen AI-generated content to ensure it mirrors real-world pension practices, actuarial reasoning, and regulatory standards. This is not pension administration. Instead of managing a single scheme, you will shape how AI understands and reasons about pensions and retirement frameworks on a systemic level. Your expertise will directly improve AI performance on pension, retirement, and long-term funding subjects. Who this is for You are: A pension professional such as a pension consultant, actuary, trustee adviser, scheme manager, or retirement consultant Based in the EU or UK Experienced with pension scheme design, funding, actuarial analysis, governance, or pension regulation Knowledgeable about defined benefit and defined contribution schemes and European regulatory frameworks Skilled at identifying flawed funding assumptions, weak actuarial logic, or unrealistic benefit projections Available 8 to 20 hours per week Ready to start within the next few weeks This is a fully remote and flexible position, suitable alongside your existing professional responsibilities. Why join Flexible hours Fully remote Apply your pension expertise in the AI sector Make a measurable impact on widely used AI systems Clear scope and structured onboarding Potential for long-term collaboration based on performance Screening process Our process is simple and guided. After applying, you will complete: A short AI-based interview A brief written evaluation focused on pension and funding reasoning A compliance check to verify your identity and professional credentials If successful, you’ll be onboarded and can begin shortly after. #LI-AS1
