What You Can Expect: Du bist für die Abwicklung und Überwachung von Seefrachtsendungen weltweit (FCL, LCL und Crosstrade) zuständig. Die Koordination und Überwachung der Hinterland Verkehre zu den Häfen liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich. Du nimmst Kundenaufträge entgegen und prüfst diese sorgfältig. Die Datenerfassung und die proaktive Sendungsüberwachung zählen zu deine Aufgaben. Die Kommunikation mit Kunden, Agenten und Lieferanten gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabengebiet. Du erstellst Abrechnungen für Kunden und Partner und behältst dabei die Kosten und Margen der erbrachten Leistungen im Blick. Mit deiner proaktiven Herangehensweise in der Kundenbetreuung und deinem Fokus auf nachhaltige Lösungen leistest du einen wertvollen Beitrag für eine langfristige, partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit. What You Bring: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Berufserfahrung in der Seefrachtspedition. Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer, verfügst über eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und überzeugst durch deinen proaktiven, selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsstil. Du besitzt eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und lebst tagtäglich eine hohe Kundenorientierung vor. Responsibilities

You are responsible for the processing and monitoring of seafreight shipments worldwide, including FCL, LCL, and cross-trade. You will coordinate and oversee inland transport to the ports and maintain communication with customers, agents, and suppliers.
