Responsibilities
  • You will Independently manage and prioritise your own caseload, delivering high-quality assessments, diagnosis, intervention, and advice based on evidence-based practice to individuals with communication and/or swallowing needs – as well as their families, carers, and support staff.
  • You will Inspire and empower – you’ll have the opportunity to train and motivate a wide range of staff members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance overall care.
  • You will use your clinical insight to create detailed, specialist reports that reflect your advanced knowledge and contribute meaningfully to care planning.
  • You will Deliver targeted, specialist interventions and evaluate their outcomes, using your problem-solving skills to design effective strategies for managing complex clinical issues.
