Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Fridley, MN 55432 Elementary Caseload | Two School Buildings Approximately 45–50 Students About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students across two school buildings in Fridley. Each building also has an additional SLP onsite, offering opportunities for collaboration and support. What You’ll Do Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students Complete evaluations and develop compliant, individualized IEPs Serve as case manager for assigned students and maintain required documentation Support a range of communication needs, including articulation, language, social communication, and ASD-related needs Provide compensatory services and help maintain consistent service delivery for students Collaborate with teachers, families, and school support teams Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and problem-solving discussions Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) ASHA CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply Strong communication skills and cultural responsiveness Ability to stay organized and manage a full caseload effectively Why Join AnthroMed Education?
