Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team. This is a full-time position. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking flexible work hours while making a significant impact on the lives of children. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders. Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including occupational therapists, mental health counselors and parents, to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions. Provide family education and support to facilitate carryover of skills into the home environment. Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts. Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in a clinical setting. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of various assessment and treatment techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Flexibility to work on Saturdays.
