Description Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – Home Care Brockton, Massachusetts | $32 Per Visit | Build-Your-Own Schedule | Full-Time Perks (Without the Full-Time Chaos) Must have 1 year clinical experience For faster consideration, text your resume to 347-407-7262. USA Today Top Workplaces Winner 2024 & 2025 — turns out treating clinicians like humans is a winning strategy. ________________________________________ Let’s be real for a second. You didn’t become an SLPA to drown in productivity quotas, copy-paste treatment plans, broken office equipment, and meetings that could’ve been emails. At Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS), we’re clinician-owned (actual clinicians, not corporate mascots). We know the difference between being busy and doing work that actually matters. We’re hiring a Per Diem SLPA in the Brockton residential area of Massachusetts who wants meaningful field work, real support, and a schedule that doesn’t require superpowers. ________________________________________ What You’ll Get (Besides High Fives and “You’re Amazing” Emails): $32 per visit — because praise is nice, but rent is real. Flexible Scheduling — build a caseload that fits your life. Benefits Package — dental and vision, because you deserve backup too. Mileage Reimbursement — $0.62/mile (your car is part of the team). Ongoing Training That’s Actually Useful — no two-hour webinars about nothing. ________________________________________ What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting patients with communication, cognition, and daily function under the guidance of an SLP. Providing in-home care that’s personalized — not pulled from a dusty template. Keeping documentation efficient and sane in our user-friendly EMR. Communicating with patients, families, and your clinical team to keep care smooth and effective. Problem-solving in the field (possibly while being judged by a very small dog). ________________________________________ Why VRNS Is Actually Different: We don’t micromanage — we support. With steady referrals, responsive leadership, and specialized programs like the Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Waiver Program, your caseload stays meaningful and manageable. Our team answers the phone, fixes problems, and treats you like the professional you are. ________________________________________ Requirements Need To Have: SLPA license in Massachusetts 1 year of experience (or the confidence of someone who learns fast) Work well independently but never want to feel like you’re on an island Can handle an EMR without emotional damage Have reliable transportation and a road-trip-worthy playlist Afternoon availability Nice To Have: Home care experience Monda - Friday availability ________________________________________ We work around your life — not the other way around. Interviews available early, late, and weekends. Apply today and find out what it feels like to work somewhere that actually gets clinicians — and keeps them.
