What You’ll Do Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Administer and interpret specialized tests. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques. Collaborate with rehab and nursing staff in a team-focused environment. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA standards. What You Bring Strong clinical skills and current knowledge of speech therapy techniques. Familiarity with the needs of the geriatric population. Requirements Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology required. Licenses/Certification: Current license in Speech Language Therapy as required by state law. Valid CPR certification required. Experience: Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
