Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Georgia Licensed Based out of Warner Robins, GA | 1099 Contract | Part-Time or Full-Time | Pediatrics & Early Intervention Overview We are seeking a Georgia-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinical team based out of our Warner Robins, Georgia location, while providing services remotely via telehealth. This is a 1099 contract position with flexibility for part-time or full-time availability. In this role, you will focus on pediatric and early intervention services, providing clinical oversight, assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration—while being supported by Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) who assist with service delivery under your supervision. This structure allows you to focus on high-level clinical decision-making while maintaining a manageable and efficient caseload. Key Responsibilities Conduct remote evaluations and assessments for pediatric clients Diagnose speech, language, voice, and/or swallowing disorders using evidence-based practices Develop, update, and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide direct teletherapy services as clinically indicated Supervise and collaborate with SLPAs, including review of session notes, progress, and treatment implementation Offer clinical guidance and feedback to SLPA staff to ensure quality and compliance Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care Educate caregivers and families on communication strategies and home carryover Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Georgia licensure and payer requirements Participate in team meetings, care coordination, and clinical consultation as needed Qualifications & Experience Active Georgia SLP license (required) Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Experience working with pediatric populations, especially early intervention, strongly preferred Prior school-based or pediatric clinical experience highly desirable Experience supervising or working alongside SLPAs preferred (training/support provided if needed) Strong knowledge of speech and swallowing anatomy, physiology, and development Comfortable providing services via telehealth platforms Excellent communication skills with families, assistants, and multidisciplinary teams Organized, self-directed, and able to manage a remote caseload effectively Position Details Work Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Schedule: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time Location: Remote (clinically based out of Warner Robins, GA) Caseload: Pediatrics & Early Intervention Support: SLPA support provided Hours: Flexible with opportunity to increase based on availability and interest Why Join Us Fully remote clinical work with a local clinical home base SLPA support to streamline service delivery Flexible scheduling and autonomy Collaborative, clinically driven team environment Opportunity for additional hours and expanded responsibilities Job Types: Full-time, Contract Work Location: Remote
