What You’ll Do As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Health at Home, you’ll play a vital role in assessing, treating, and supporting patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Your responsibilities will include: Performing evaluations and developing individualized, evidence-based plans of care Delivering skilled therapy interventions to improve communication and swallowing function Educating patients, families, and caregivers on exercises and strategies for home support Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care Documenting clearly, thoroughly, and in a timely manner Participating in case conferences, in-services, and quality improvement initiatives Because communication isn’t just your specialty—it’s your superpower Qualifications What We’re Looking For Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Florida SLP license in good standing CPR certification from an organization-approved provider Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Preferred: 1+ year of experience in speech-language pathology (home health or outpatient setting ideal) Passion for helping patients regain function, confidence, and independence in their daily lives Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills Why Work With Health at Home?
