Description Job Description: Speech Language Pathologist in Home Health We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients in their homes. As a Speech Language Pathologist in Home Health, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
